Data Deletion

Wasel is a platform operated by Code Eleven. This page explains how data is deleted — whether you are a subscriber to the platform, or someone who received a message from one of its subscribers.

If you are a Wasel subscriber

1. Sign in at wasel.tech.
2. Open the Account page.
3. Click Delete account and type your email to confirm.

This erases your account and every project you own, along with their contacts, messages, conversations and templates. Deletion is immediate, permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete a single project without closing your account: open the project → Profile → Delete project.

If a business messaged you through Wasel

Your data (your number and name) belongs to that business, not to us — we process it on their behalf. You have two options:

• Reply STOP to the message — sending to you stops immediately.
• Or email us at the address below with the number that received the message. We will delete your data and notify the sending business within 30 days.
