Wasel is a platform operated by Code Eleven that lets businesses message their customers over Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. By using it, you agree to the following.

Your account

• You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You may grant another person access to a specific project, and revoke it at any time.
• A project API key is secret; whoever holds it can send in your name.

Acceptable use

• Message only people who have permitted you to message them.
• Opt-out requests take effect immediately; the platform blocks further sending.
• No fraud, impersonation, or content violating Kuwaiti law or WhatsApp's business policies.

Limits that are not ours

• 24-hour window: once a day has passed since the customer's last message, only an approved template may be sent — Meta's rule, not ours.
• Template approval: reviewed and approved or rejected by Meta. We can neither accelerate nor overturn it.
• Number quality and sending limits: set by Meta based on how your customers respond.

Cost

Conversations are charged according to Meta's published pricing and message category. Cost estimates shown in the platform are indicative only; the final invoice comes from Meta.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or WhatsApp's policies.
