Wasel is a platform that lets businesses in Kuwait communicate with their own customers on WhatsApp, through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Send, receive, and see whether each message arrived — from one place.

What the platform does

• Each client connects their own WhatsApp Business account, so messages go out under their name.
• Send an approved template message to their own customer list.
• Read and reply to messages from their customers in the same dashboard.
• Send a verification code to confirm a customer's phone number.
• See the delivery result of every message: sent, delivered, read.
• And send their customer email from the same platform, on their own domain.

How to start

1. The business creates an account on the platform.
2. It connects its own WhatsApp Business account.
3. It sends and receives from one dashboard, and sees every result.

Data

The information we obtain from Meta is used only to run the service for that client: their WhatsApp Business account and phone number details, their approved message templates, the messages their customers send them, and whether each message was delivered or read. Each client's information is kept separate. We do not combine it across clients, sell it, or use it for advertising.
